A Resolution to Decrease Global Warming

Whereas, particles released from aerosol cans has increased by 35% since 1930, and

Whereas, the number of carbon dioxide gasses have increased by 25% and the methane concentration by 150%,  and

Whereas, the average global temperature has risen 1.6 degrees Fahrenheit since 1900, and

Whereas, sea levels are increasing, resulting in flooding, changes in rain patterns, and shifts in animal/plant populations, therefore

BE IT RESOLVED by the student congress here assembled that the Federal Government should ban any future production and/or usage of household aerosols and refrigerants that are dependent upon CFCs, except inhalers.
